Very nice place, I would call it Georgia&#39;s &quot;new style dish.&quot; Very beautiful building, very attentive staff, the restaurant owned and operated by Shukman Winery, has a variety of Georgian wine options, including Quevri, or called UK orange wine, a white grape variety, wine soil cans buried underground, but fermented into orange with skins.
